Senior Rabbi and Mrs. Kevin Solomon

Senior Rabbi Kevin Solomon is a second generation Messianic Jewish Rabbi raised in a Jewish home under the guidance of his parents, Rabbi Emeritus Robert and Dotti Solomon.

Rabbi Kevin completed his undergraduate work at Georgia Tech in Atlanta and his graduate work at Emory University. Rabbi Kevin completed his Yeshiva training with the IAMCS where he holds his Rabbinic Ordination. Additionally, as part of his training, he lived in Israel with his wife and two children while studying under Messianic Jewish leaders in the Land. Rabbi Kevin is a long standing member of Mensa.

Rabbi Kevin has served since 1993 on the Executive Board of the Messianic Jewish Alliance of America (MJAA) and other non-profit organizations. He is a former President of the Young Messianic Jewish Alliance. Along with his wife, Tiffany, a certified educator, Rabbi Kevin leads Congregation Beth Hallel in Roswell, Georgia, one of the largest Messianic synagogues in the world, established in 1977

Rabbi Emeritus Robert Israel Solomon

Rabbi Emeritus Robert Israel Solomon was raised in a traditional Jewish home in Miami, FL. After serving four years in the US Air Force he relocated to Atlanta, GA where he met and married his wife.

Rabbi Solomon and his wife, Dorothy (Dotti) Solomon, are co-founders of Congregation Beth Hallel in Roswell, GA, where he served as senior Rabbi for 27 years and is currently enjoying retirement in his position as Rabbi Emeritus.

Rabbi Solomon serves on the board of Congregation Beth Hallel. He is the founder and President of Yachad which is dedicated to helping Gentile believers in Yeshua better understand their Jewish roots and heritage and emphasizing the importance of sharing truth with the Jewish people. He has been active with the Messianic Jewish Alliance of America (MJAA), serving two terms as Chairman of the International Association of Messianic Congregations and Synagogues (IAMCS), and currently serves on the IAMCS board. He is a regular speaker at local and national Messianic Jewish conferences.

Rabbi David Schiff

Rabbi David Schiff is originally from Opelousas, Louisiana, raised as a Reform Jew under his father’s hand as a Lay-Rabbi. Bar-Mitzvah at thirteen, Rabbi David is continuing his studies in the IAMCS Yeshiva. Rabbi David holds a rabbinical ordination from the MJAA.A seasoned teacher and spiritual leader, he is the founder of Jezreel Ministries which works to encourage, reveal and unleash G-d’s full potential in spiritual leaders. Rabbi David continues to serve in leadership at Congregation Beth Hallel in Roswell, Georgia when not leading the two congregations in the greater New Orleans area.

MJCC Director – Dorothy Solomon

Dorothy (Dotti) Naomi Solomon is a co-founder and the President of Congregation Beth Hallel and works there as the director of the Messianic Jewish Community Center (MJCC).Dotti served two terms as the first woman president of the Messianic Jewish Alliance of America (MJAA), the oldest and largest Messianic Jewish organization in the world, established in 1915 in the United States. She also serves as Executive Director of the Messianic Jewish Israel Fund (MJIF), an autonomous, humanitarian aid agency of the MJAA. Dotti continues her eighteen year commitment with the MJIF, traveling annually to Israel, partnering with, and bringing financial and spiritual support to Jewish believers there. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the MJAA and several other committees within the organization.

Dotti is also honored to sit on the boards of Yachad and Jewish Voice Ministries International. She is a regular conference speaker at the local and national level.

High School Youth Director

Dara Vidito grew up in a Reform Jewish Synagogue in Indianapolis. After recognizing that Yeshua did indeed fulfill the prophecies in the Jewish Scriptures about the coming Messiah, her family was instrumental in founding the first Messianic Congregation in Indiana. After graduating from Butler University, Dara worked as a public school teacher and volunteered with the youth group in Indianapolis until she moved to Georgia to become Beth Hallel’s full time Youth Director of the high school youth group, the Temple Teens. Dara also served on the Executive Board of the YMJA (Young Messianic Jewish Alliance) for 12 years (including 4 years as President) and the Executive Committee of the MJAA for 10 years. Dara and her husband Marc are proud parents of two sweet girls.

Children’s Education Director – Amber Bartlett

Amber Bartlett is originally from Ohio and has been a part of the Messianic Jewish movement since 1998. She earned a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2002 and through her professional training as a nurse, Amber has learned that meeting people’s physical and spiritual needs greatly impacts their growth with G-d. Prior to joining Beth Hallel she provided Biblically based lessons to students of all ages. Amber has been married since 2005 and has 2 precious children of her own. She looks forward to seeing her children, as well as yours, learn and grow through Beth Hallel’s excellent Children’s Education program.

Sisterhood President – Stephanie Caracelo

Stephanie Caracelo is a 3rd generation Messianic Jew from Tampa, Florida and was raised in a Messianic Jewish home with parents and grandparents who were pioneers in the Messianic movement. As a young teenager, she had her Bat Mitzvah in a Reform Jewish congregation. Stephanie has served in various leadership roles of the Young Messianic Jewish Alliance for over 11 years and is the current President. She has a Communication Sciences & Disorders degree and a Bachelors and Masters degree in Early Childhood Education. She is married and has one adorable child. Stephanie is excited to be working with the Sisterhood at Beth Hallel and knows great things will be accomplished.

Senior Cantor – Dr. Rick Smith

Dr. Rick Smith has been a part of the Messianic Jewish movement since 1981. He is a graduate of both the UMJC (Union of Messianic Jewish Congregations) Yeshiva and the IAMCS (International Association of Messianic Congregations and Synagogues) Yeshiva. Part of the original Nagila, Dr. Rick has been a leader of music at Beth Hallel since 1984. He is one of the Scripture Study and New Members Class teachers and serves on the board of Yachad. Dr. Rick and his wife, Lisa, have been married since 1983. Dr. Rick also holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia.
